Not in a long time, Ken. Like you & Bobby, I used to eat it on crackers.
There's too much organ meat in it for those of us who need to watch the
cholesterol.

Basically, it's butcher shop offal, water and salt ground to a fine paste,
boiled and canned. Let's just say it's an "acquired" taste.
