Greetings all-

I would like your imput on something I am considering adding to Cerebral
Palsy Info Central (CPIC), that is information about alternitive medicne and
CP.

I know that many of you on the list...including myself...use alternitive
therpies in conjunction with (or in place of) conventional therapies in
helping manage/cope with sympotoms associated with CP. Others put little
value in "alternitive medicne".

If I were to add this new section to my site I would neiter claim or deni
that these alternitives work or don't work but simply say that some people
with CP have found that these therpies are usful in helping relive/ease
whatever the given symptom is (i.e. spasticity, pain, relaxation, tension,
insomnia, etc...). Only alternitive theripies that help with symptoms
commonly encountered by people with CP would be covered...in other words
symptoms not relating to CP such as the common cold would not be covered.

What I would like to here from you is:
1. Wether or not you think I should include information on alternitve
therpies (for example supplements, aromatherapy, chiropractics/massage,
accupuncture ect.) on my website?
2. What alternitive therpies you have found usfel and for what purposes? (For
example I have found aromatherapy helpfull in reducing musscel tenssion and
making my muscells relax more.)

I would really like you imput on this as I have been going back and fourth
about wether this topic should or should not be a part of the content on CPIC.

Thank you for your imput,
Anee
