St. Johns Univ. system operations will bring the mailserver off-line for
the installation of disks sometime the next week. This is badly needed to
solve problems caused by the continuously increasing number of
subscribers, lists and thus archive sizes. Online archiving space will
increase tenfold.

The exact start of the maintenance window is yet unknown, as is the
duration. Expect the down time to start sometime after this Sunday and
last for up to two days.

E-mail send to the list, during the outage will be distributed shortly after
the server comes online again. Do not re-send messages, unless you
receive the message back in error.
