Hi -- Your daughter's condition sounds similar to mine.  I had monthly PT
appts growing up, but these were followed up with intensive work at home.
My father and mother supported and challenged me the whole time.   I
still do PT daily here at the house with monthly monitoring by a PT. I
would have to say that I am fairly functional.  Live independently, drive
(car is modified) and have a FT job.  Hope this helps.   JMW
