Alex,
Without starting another round of point-and-counterpoint postings, I suggest (please note the word "suggest") that we let the current debate about rights to post drop. My earlier suggestion (and it was only a suggestion) to be judicious about posting was not intended to censor or criticize you. In fact, it was offered as a possible solution to avoiding some responses such as those that came from Auntie Dzigbodi and DJ Lasisi. I am surprised that it set off such a firestorm.
One thing to remember about e-mails is that it is difficult to judge states of mind of the writers. That's why some people resort to using smileys or other symbols in their messages to indicate what type of moods they're in. I point these out to say that we should try not to get too emotional about apparent wrongs, dissings, or censorships we perceive in messages addressed to or about us. This is not to say that some people do not sometimes blatantly scorch others in their e-mails. But where there is a judgment call, let's play it cool. Thanks!
Have a blessed day!
- Wilmot
