I used to enjoy Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. [I know a
grown man shouldn't admit that!]. I found a decent
recipe for Mock Cheese sauce but have misplaced it.
All the remaining recipes I've run across are not very
good at all. Would someone please point me to a web
site or provide a recipe?

I have some "lactose free" and "dariy free cookbooks".
They often use real milk or real cheese. Unbelievable.
