That's a possibility with anyone, I suppose.  I'm confused on a point though:
Has McCain been making derogatory remarks about Asians lately?  I was under
the impression that the media was attempting to capitalize on remarks he made
immediately following his release many years ago.

At any rate, the decision to wage war rests with Congress, not the President.
