Dear List,

Cold season is coming up. Echinacae is a good treatment for symptoms.
I've read that Celiacs arent' supposed to have anything that activates
the immune system. I've also read that our immune systems are in fine
working order, and that immune-support products aren't a problem.
Please, does anyone have some information I can look up on this matter?

I will summarize any answers
