For anyone interested in making their own bread and trying to save some of
the cost of buying it ready-made, gluten-free...I just bought a REALLY GOOD
mixer. It is by Braun - 280 watts of braun. The bread hooks whip through
gluten-free dough like butter. And the whisk beaters come clean with just a
swish underwater! It is the best toy I have bought in a long time. I bought
it at a Braun outlet in Mississauga, Ontario for $50. Four attachments - one
is a grater that will pulverize raw carrots easily (haven't tried that part
yet.)
