As we are fast approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas, I am in search of
some ideas for gluten free goodies. I desire anyone's opinion on foods
that are already made. How are the pies and pie shells from Dietary
specialties? How about the hamburger and hot dog rolls now that I think
of it.
Any ideas for either ready made or (heaven help me) things that I can
bake would be greatly appreciated. What should we use to make
stuffing? This is my first holiday since I have been diagnosed as a
celiac so I need your help. It is tough for someone who's motto has
always been why make what you can buy but with CD that gets a little
expensive.
