Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever heard of kuzu (and I might be spelling this wrong)?
It's a thickener, like corn starch, used in Asian cooking.  Does anyone
know if it's GF?  I don't know if it's any different than cornstarch or
if I'd ever want to use it.  Just wondering.
