I thought I was being clear when I wrote about sour cream, but I've had
a couple of questions from people, so I will try to be more specific.
When we contacted the Breakstone company (1-800-538-1998) and asked if
their sour cream was GF, the reply was yes. (we didn't specify reduced
fat or regular, as we were not aware of the low-fat variety). The Hood
company (1-800-662-4468) was asked if their sour cream was GF, stated
that the regular was, the low fat (/?low cal--can't  remember  which
word) was NOT GF. Hope this clarifies it for all. Susan
