My husband and I are planning a special getaway for our 10th
anniversary, and I have just finished making arrangements with this
place. So far, I've been quite impressed by my contact with them.
They are used to dealing with folks with special dietary needs and
said they have had many guests on gluten-free diets, and that I should
just email them with any special food preferences otherwise. When I
mentioned that seeing the words "afternoon tea" usually makes my heart
sink (I am a tea lover, and have memories before going GF of being
presented with a tray of delectable stuff to "go with", none of which
I could eat now), she said "oh, we have a very creative pastry chef".
Dare I hope?
Anyway, I'll report back afterwards, but I'd love to hear beforehand
if anyone else has had experiences with this place. Their Web page is
at www.rabbithillinn.com
