Dear Listmates,
I am traveling throughout Israel in March and need some help. I have
read through the archives and have found a few suggestion, but I still
have a few questions. What are the hidden sources of gluten? Is there
gluten in spices, anti- caking agents? Can I eat Shwarma on the street?
Are there any stores in the north that carry gf products?
I will spend two nights in Jordan ( Petra & Amman), what problems might
I encounter there?
I would appreciate any restaurant suggestions as well. We will have a
Hebrew speaking guide with us throughout Israel and an Arabic guide in
Jordan.
I will summarize.
