My question was -

> What is the new regulations referred to that are set up by the FDA.
>Does this regulation apply to all drugs? Does is apply to food and
>cosmetic labels or is it just select things? Does anyone have the scoop
>on this new regulation?

I received only one answer about this and many, many questions from those
who wanted to know. The answer that I did receive was:

>I'm not convinced the regulation is "new", but instead the 1994 one(s).
>There's an extensive "grandfather" clause in all these regulations that
>allows them to use up "existing" stock, including labels, I'm sure.

Since I have not heard anything to the contrary, I believe this must be
the case. Thanks to all who responded. Carol in NJ
