Hi

I am getting a gluten reaction to Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves.  The
Intredients are:  strawberries, sugar cane, sugar, fruit pectin and
citric acid.  Which one of these ingredients could possibly be giving me
the problem? ( I am not allergic to strawberries).  These preserves are
a product of France.
