It is terribly laborious, but I did this, when my CD drive wouldn't read the disk, so I couldn't install Norton antivirus.

I went to another computer that did read the CD, and copied it's files to 3 and a half inch disc's, and then copied from them into a file I made on the "new computer". Then files that were too big for the disc, I sent as attachments to e-mail from myself to myself. Now my provider won't handle anything over ten megabytes, so it won't work if files too big. Eventually I had them all, and after lots of comparing and getting them into the right subdirectories, I got the setup program to install.

Next time I'll try something easier. Too many man hours required, and to many errors introduced by me. Maybe your program is smaller.
