Cynthia,

        I do not believe CP "falls under Traumatic Brain Injury". I have taught
neuropsych courses on Traumatic Brain Injury and the term usually refers to
older persons (18 yrs +) who have sustained closed head injurie due to
trauma,
such as gun shot, motor vehicle accidents, falls, etc. 90% of CP occurs at
or before birth. This is the general consensus of current thinking.
