Hi,
I can confirm that that's what happens on English - and only English
accessibility - versions of Windows 95, and Microsoft also state this.
(The problem does not arise in Windows 98 and upwards.) The partial
remedy for this is to uninstall the Windows MSAA components, then
install the Euro patch and afterwards reinstall the MSAA. This is
somewhat unstable, though, and your screen reader will not like
operating without MSAA for a while. (the fonts in Windows 95 are
changed by the patch to accomodate the euro character.)
