If your printer driver is not already installed or if you don't have a
driver on floppy diskette, you can download a driver from the web at:
microsoft.com/drivers. Otherwise, if your Windows software was purchased
through a retail outlet (as opposed to an OEM version, preinstalled or
bundled with a new PC) you can call Microsoft's technical support.
