This sounds like part of the software configuration utilities for
installing plug-and-play devices to run under DOS. When I got a
plug-and-play SoundBlaster 16 a while back I think it came with these
drivers and utilities. Are you installing DOS drivers or Windows
drivers? You should be able to find what you need at the SoundBlaster
Web site - www.soundblaster.com.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Intel Configuration Manager

I'm having a problem installing the drivers for my Creative Vibra 16
soundcard. I get a message saying "configuration manager not found.
Install Inter Configuration Manager before installing Audio software".

Could someone explain to me what a Configuration Manager does and where
I can get an installation disk.
