The board is not designed to support this. It will probably try to
feed the chip about 2.8v. If that doesn't kill the chip right away,
it will probably at least shorten its lifespan.

233 MHz was the fastest chip around when the board was made. It
would have been unethical for DFI to claim it would do more than that
when no such faster CPUs were available.
