Paleodiet isn't about weight loss per se, it's about optimising your health.
We may set these goals in terms of weight and body fat, but the reality is
that Paleo is about wellness. It is a wellness paradigm beyond compare. It
is not a diet for neurotic youngsters to become even more underweight (mind
you, it probably isn't too bad for the mood, so it would probably help such
people, not by giving them the weight loss, but by making them feel better
about themselves).

Hmmm, I can feel another topic coming up- food and mood strictly paleo.
