Troy,

I am glad you are having success with the dried liver .

As a matter of fact, I have had food poisoning more than once.

I do know how severe it can be, which is exactly why I bolster my immune
system by eating good quality hormone/pesticide free meat raw as often as
possible.

The probiotics available from bacteria in meat can give you excellent
immunity. Are you acquainted with the practice of eating "high meat" to
fight disease and bolster your immune system? A time honored tradition.

The germ-o-phobia in this country is making people think they need to live
in a sterilized germ-free environment to stay free of disease. It leaves
them susceptible to fall ill from every germ that happens to float by.

One does need to build your immunity gradually and should not go too fast,
but eating raw meat is a fairly benign way to start.

The time I had food poisoning from meat, it was cooked. I was in the
Jack-in the Box disaster a few decades ago. The other two times was from
contaminated dairy.

Louise
