That is exactly what I wanted to point out. Because bananas can be
eaten by birds, that doesn't make them paleo-safe for humans.
There is no idea for the banana to be eaten by someone that destroys
its seed.
All berry seed are not digested by mammals, are they? Both strawberry
and blueberry seeds seem t o have a hard shell, and are so small that
they are not destroyed by chewing. And I often can see Empetrum (latin
name, I dont'n know the english name, and the swedish name contains
letters that are unknown to english language) seeds in fox fecals in
the woods in late summer - early autumn)
