Perhaps I shouldn't be responding to this inquiry, but I thought some on the
list might be interested in what's new in the 4th edition of NEANDERTHIN.
We've added recipes, menu suggestions (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), an
example exercise regimen, an appendix explaining the Pleistocene environment
to which Homo sapiens sapiens is specifically adapted, more references to
back up the more controversial assertions (e.g., corn's carcinogenic effect
through aflatoxin contamination), a foreword by Dr. Michael Eades, and new
information regarding the importance of balancing lipid profiles based on a
discussion with Dr. Loren Cordain of Colorado State University.
