I use flavored vinegars I make myself on my salads, at
times.  Is it paleo?  I am not sure.  I am not the
most Paleo-retentive <VBG> person on this list, so I
am probably not qualified to respond to that question.

Jane, (just trying to inject a little humor in a much
too serious world.)
 p.s.  I like the taste and I seem to have no side
effects using it.
