Careful. Kendra has a child, and she's not stupid. I know her personally.
She just takes the diet very seriously, as do most people on this list.
While her last post might have seemed a bit over the top, I have to say that
I'm puzzled by your insistence on giving to your children drugs and foods
that are questionable at best. The kids that I've known who are ADHD and
take Ritalin are basket cases. I've seen ADHD people adopt the NeanderThin
diet and have to stop taking Ritalin (i.e., speed) because it started making
them go nuts. Have you considered trying to remove all non-paleo foods and
drugs (with a doctor's consent) from your children's diet for a few weeks as
an experiment? Without doing so, they'll never have a chance to see what a
natural diet can do for them.
