My own ..... others who have tried the "ways" and found them to be
good/bad/lacking and responded in kind....  word of mouth on tried and
true....   I think it's called grass roots.  I don't think Ray or others
who promote paleo are government backed or funded.  My grandmother had
sense about how to eat.  Somewhere along the way I dropped that WOE and
it's good to be back.
