I wonder if the original author ever tried an informal double blind
experiment to see if s/he itches after eating meat that has been fed grain,
but she doesn't know it and if s/he itches after being told certain meat is
grain-fed when it isn't.

perhaps I am naive, but I don't see how a gluten molecule can show up in
muscle.  does gluten pass through the intestinal wall??  I didn't think so.
