This is not really a response to Wally's questions, but is a dental issue.
I have always taken good care of my teeth (brushing, flossing etc...) but
since I was a teenager and had my second set of braces removed my gums have
bled regularly. Pregnancy made it worse of course. Within a short period
of time eating Paleo this stopped and has not returned. Everything else I
tried (mouthwashes etc..) barely seemed to make any difference. I think in
my case it may just be a matter of nutritional status because even a better
than standard diet that included grains did not agree with me. Has anyone
had a similar experience?

Kerry
