Better yet, just delete the "Dr." from your email. Like most small
children if you acknowledge and reply to improper behaviour it will be
repeated but usually if nothing is gained the behaviour will cease. I
suggest we simply refuse to reply to the so called "Dr." so all his
efforts will be for nothing.
