Hi Ilya and all,

I usually try to inform people about the diet a little
>and tell them more only if they seem interested. The only exceptions are
>those who a very close to me - with them I persist until they give it a
>try.

Me too! I have been persistent with my mother who has celiac disease,
osteoporosis, and now she just had a stroke! She was eating gluten free but
still is eating dairy and sugar.
The doctor misdiagnosed her and gave her Dilantin which did a great deal of
damage to her brain previous to this stroke. Is there an article that
discusses stroke and the paleodiet? I know it will work but I have to
convince my mum who is 'not quite there' now.

Any suggestions?

All the best,
Susan
