Thank you for posting your typical daily menu. I am also a small
person -- 5'2", and have started neanderthin to improve my health and lose
about 40 pounds. My question for you is do you ever add protein to your
breakfast?? I often do not feel like eating meat or eggs in the AM, but
force myself because I thought that eating fruit only without any protein
would impede weight loss. Any thoughts or suggestions????
