ah, come on.
i like the recipes. i tend to get into a rut sometimes and find myself
eating the same thing. when someone posts a recipe it gives me something
new to try.
please, don't make people stop posting recipes.
ObPaleo-if you're concerned about calcium, try collard greens. one cup
cooked chopped collards contains 226 mg. of calcium (and i have a nice
recipe for that, too <G>)
