                   PAN AFRICAN PROGRAMME FOR LONDON

The Pan African programme for london is base on the high principle of
African Culture.at the core is Egalitarianism,the theory that all Human
Beings are Equal,consequently, Equality, Fairness, Justice and the economic
and social welfare of the citizens of london, form the heart of our Pan
African programme.

It is on the Pan African programme for london that Pan African Candidates
will contest the elections for the Mayor of London and the Greater London
Authority.in summary, the details are as folows:

1  For an end to Racial and all other forms of discrimination.
2  For an end to the killings of Black People while in Police Custody.
   sixty-four per cent of all such killings take place within the
   Metropolitan Police Area.the people must be made to be accountable.
3 For an attack on crime:creat quality employment schemes to creat jobs for
   the unemployed,(not mickey mouse cheap labour schemes)
4 SAY NO TO NO JURY TRIALS.Black People are the victimes of oppressing
   sentencing practices in
   majistrates courts..NO JURY TRIALS will mean increasedoppression of
   Blacks
5 for low quality housing for all those in housing need.
6 for and integrated public(not private) transport system for london:
   (a)   Bring al buses back under the control of the integrated transport
authority
   (b)   Bring back conductors on all buses.
   (c)   Modernise london underground,a public serrvice at public expense
   (d)   Put service to londoners ahead of profits for capitalists
7 For an end to the miseducation of Black Children in London`schools.bring
the education service under    the democratic control of londoners.not
central government
8  Expand the health service under the democratic control of londoners
9 For Pan Africanism;an end to neo-colonialism on the African Continent.
   For Independant Black Self Organisation.

on the basis of the Pan African programme, we appeal to the voters in
Greater London to vote for the Pan African Candidates for Mayor of London
and the Greater London Authority.we further appeal to all those who support
our programme to join our campaign to spread the Liberating message of Pan
Africanism and to make a financial donation to the campaign
