Hi David,
I guess it could but generally if a child has a problem there are
catch diagosis - delays ets. NDA is how the listt for the disabled kids
refer to the normal kids - - How expactly does one nicely deferienate (?).
This is my normal kid - suggesting perhaps the othe is abnormal? This is
my real kid - so is the other an imitation?
