Hi
Yes, it was all of the nightshade plants and wheat, all forms of milk (cows,
goat, sheep), and soy, and corn. Today, I find I can eat some of these foods
but do have to watch it. I definitely can NOT take milk in any form. Whole
wheat really affects me badly. The rest can make me tired, and or congested
so I don't really feel good when I eat them.
