I've just started a new blind email list, called blind-stoner.
the purpose is to discuss what it was like, growing up as a blind
person in the counter culture. We hope to cover topics such as- Were
you a hippie during that era? Were you, as a blind person, accepted as
one of your sighted peers? Did you smoke pot in those days? Did you
trip? Were your trips good, or bad? Did you get busted? If so, did you
go to jail? If so, how were you treated as a blind person by the law,
as well as by other prisoners? I find these topics rather fascinating!
If you wish to join, send a message to-

Hope to see some of you there.
I may even start such a group on evoice, if there is enough interest.
