Edwin,

        I don't know much about this but do recall seeing a fully
brailled machine in Boston once.  All the possible changes of the keys
were shown in braille, that is, if you wanted to deposit money, you read
the section of braille discussing that and the keystrokes were given
there one after another.  These key strokes were different for each kind
of transaction you made, and each transaction section took that into
into account in braille.  Lot of reading but the machine was completely
accessible.
