CAFFEINE BLUES goes into great detail about the physical and psychological
addiction of coffee and yes it is both and yes it affects all the organ
systems. A very worthwhile read and you will not crave coffee again after
you read it. Well, not as much anyway. I was able to quit after reading that
book........ it is scary what caffeine does to you and almost all the
studies are funded by the coffee growers and/or food industry so the
negative side effects are not mentioned nor researched. Kind of like the vax.
