It is. But...
I've done such computations since years now.
On an all meat diet, you need > 1kg per day
to aquire near to normal vitamin results.
From the list below, you can see that, as you suspected,
Vitamin A,C, folic acid and Ca are way too low.
I would add Vitamin E and Mg and PUFA to this list.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamin!) is a little low, but this might be
compensated by changing from carbs to fat as energy source.
As most people eat less than 1 kg meat, Vitamin B1 will be dangerous
low, because it posesses little storage amounts.
Only pigs meat contains a greater amount of vitamin-b1.
Vitamin A can be easily aquired by regularily eating liver
(about 10g/day).
Folic acid *is* in liver, as it is stored there.
But ... the dose of 1 day is accompanied with
ten days amount of vitamin A.
Ten times too much of Vitamin A intake will be dangerous on
the long run, because it will become toxic, will accumulate,
and because the body can't reduce its assimilation.
Vitamin C is very hard to get from animal body sources.
I think:
If you want enough of Folic acid, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin C
then : don't try to be a Inuit or ice age winter neanderthal.
The last ice age was only 20k years around
our probable anchestors (before the 10k years of agriculture).
Africas woods and savannes will have provided adequate
plants and fruit
with plenty of folic acid, vitamin c, calcium, magnesium
since *millions* of years
(and everything of the other nutrients too).
Ok now the list:
Looking at 1kg of meat (beef)
(divide by 2 or 4 if you eat "only" 1 lbs or .5 lbs)
What in 1kg beef recommended percentage
Energy 1538.3 kcal 2600.0 kcal 59
Protein 220.4 g 55.0 g 401
Fat 55.8 g your choice , but add 1000kcal
Polyunsaturated F 2.2 g 10.0 g 22 add some brain?...
Fiber 0.0 g 30.0 g 0 zero!
Natrium: 500.0 mg 2000.0 mg 25 just add salt
Kalium: 3640.0 mg 3500.0 mg 104 fine
Magnesium: 200.0 mg 350.0 mg 57 the recomm might be
even too low
Calcium: 50.0 mg 800.0 mg 6 !
Phosphor: 1870.0 mg 800.0 mg 234
Iron : 24.7 mg 12.0 mg 206 might be dangerous
Zink: 41.1 mg 15.0 mg 274
Vit. A: 170.0 ƒg 1000.0 ƒg 17 but it is in liver
Vit. E: 3.9 mg 12.0 mg 32 hard to get
Folic : 34.6 ƒg 160.0 ƒg 22 hard to get
Vit. B1: 1.1 mg 1.4 mg 76 enough in 1kg but..
Vit. B2: 1.7 mg 1.7 mg 100 fine :-)
Vit. B6: 2.1 mg 1.8 mg 118 fine :-)
Vit. C: 0.0 mg 75.0 mg 0 ...zero...
