I think You are misusing the word allergies here. Allergies is when
some protein start a histamin reaction without any real cause.
What we want to avoid is proteins wich the body cannot cope with
because we are evolutionary not adapted to foods containing it.

You have to try it for 30+ years and see if You get any autoimmune
disease from it. Then it may be too late.

I eat apples and nuts in limited quantities, although I sometimes
get allergic reactions from them, but I do still not expect them to
give me artitis. This is how I have understood "paleo".
