 6. What health improvements have you experienced on Paleo?
 7. What further health improvements do you wish to make? >>

1. I chose vegetarian for ethical and health reasons

2. I went from ovo-lacto vegetarian to vegan. The results were: fatigue,
lethargy, brain drain, voracious cravings for carbs/sweets

3. Health problems included: Iron Deficiency Anemia and Chronic Fatigue

4. I discovered Paleo diet while surfing the web, browsing low-carb websites.
First considered low-carbing after reading Eat Right 4 Your Type (I am type
O - like HG's) and several other books followed, including The Zone, Sugar
Busters, Atkins, and Neanderthin.

5. Not 100% Paleo yet, still have a mental block against eating meat but I
have had some fish, poultry and eggs.

6. Best improvement so far is reduced cravings for carbs/sweets, also lost 6
lbs without trying in just a few weeks.

7. My ultimate health improvement goal is to feel energetic and vibrant first
thing in the morning!!!!
