We have black raspberries that grow in our backyard.
They are so abundant that we pick all we want (several
gallon bags full) and the wildlife gets the rest. I
never thought of trying to dry them. Since they have
a small seed in them, does anyone know if they would
be okay to dry?

P.S. Have been on this WOE for a couple of weeks now
and I am amazed how much better I feel. I have gotten
past the worst of the cravings and while I still wish
that I can have some of that forbidden stuff (mostly
sugary sweet dessert stuff), I remind myself that I
have lost 10 pounds eating bacon (and veggies, and
fruit, and eggs.... ;-)
