If I weren't so lazy :-) maybe I should look for it. But
I just get the standard supermarket economy packs of
boneless skinless chicken breast, boneless pork loin,
ribeye or NY strip steak, maybe fish filets once or twice
a week.
One supplement I take is fish body oils with omega-3 fatty acids
(Ray told me about this).
