I enjoyed the article you posted. I seem to recall a thread here recently
about people losing weight after adding small amounts of dairy back into
their diet. The article ends by noting that "melted cheddar cheese" is a
good source of CLA. Makes ya think. If only I could come up with a similar
rationale for corn chips, I could go back to eating nachos without guilt. :)
