I agree that this needs to go off line but I had to put in my $.02.

The word Christian means "Christ-like"
As a Christian, I strive to be that.
The problem comes with those who label themselves as "Christian" but
forget who their role-model should be-- Jesus Christ.

As Kenneth stated, it comes from people going by the word of others
instead of their own study..
