I have been a diagnosed Celiac for 10 years and have been on a
totally gluten-free diet all that time.

Three months ago I broke out with ecxema and have been under doctor's
care since. It has virtually enveloped me. Kept at bay for a short time
with large doses of Prednisone it came roaring back a week later. It is
barely managed by strong cortisone cream and strong anti-histamine. Biopsy
proves it is ecxema. Doctor has no cause in mind or cure.

Does anyone have any info (or theory) about any connection between
ecxema and Celiac Disease or between ecxema and the immune system. It seems
to me that some mechanism in my body must be faulty in order for this
condition to burst forth as it has.
