In the Life section of the local newspaper (News & Record) this morning
are three articles that may be of interest to subscribers of this list
(www.news-record.com). They are, as follows --
"What's In The Stuff?" by Kristin Eddy, Chicago Tribune -- This article
gives the ingredients of some of the most common convenience foods.
(All of these are by no means gluten-free, but it is interesting to know
what is in Cheez Whiz, Deviled Ham, Hot dogs, etc.)

Eddy,Chicago Tribune -- (Sources: The Center for Science in the Public
Interest; "Food Lover's Companion"; "A Consumer's Dictionary of Food

Consumer's Dictionary and have used it ever since I was diagnosed).

Tribune. Tells how Todd Wilbur has investigated the formula behind
commercial foods. His web site --
